It’s International Podcast Day!
When you listen to the Wednesdays With The Wizards broadcast on the Red Cap Sales VIP Facebook page, you often hear Savannah the Sales Wizard and me talk about the importance of life-long learning.
International Podcast Day is a great reminder that you can learn a ton about almost any subject in which you’re interested. From business to health to relationships to sports and hobbies, there are podcasts that tell you how to excel.
The Sales Chalk Talk podcast is one example of a learning program from which you can derive massive value. Of course, it’s just one of many podcasts about sales, marketing, business, leadership and success to which you can listen. It just happens to be my favorite because I’m the founder and co-host.
The Sales Chalk Talk Show began in 2013 and has continued on a weekly basis since then.
My current co-host is Gene McNaughton, who worked as Vice President of International Sales for Tony Robbins and was one of the platform speakers in the Robbins events. He also worked for the late Chet Holmes and brokered the deal between Tony and Chet for The Ultimate Sales Mastery program that was an online, multimillion dollar sensation. He’s the author of an awesome sales book titled The Sales E.D.G.E. and he’s the president of GeoBear, a ground engineering company in California.
Hundreds of great people have been guests on Sales Chalk Talk over the years. Some are quite well-known like Tom Hopkins, Jim Cathcart, Don Hutson, Tony Alessandra, Ben Gay III, Bob Burg, and others. Other guests are not so well known, and they added massive value to the listeners.
